How much does a website cost?
Web design can start as low as $1,400* but each website is unique and is quoted based on the number of pages, the number of design comps you'd like to see, functionality such as databases, content management systems, shopping carts, etc. Please call us at (909) 393-6363 to discuss your web design project or fill out the form located at the bottom of this page

50% of the project total is required to begin your project and the remaining balance is due upon completion.
How long will it take to complete my website?
It usually takes about 2 weeks for proper site planning and to produce website comps. Please note that implementation of functionality such as databases, content management systems, shopping carts, etc. usually increase the time required for coding and site testing. However, a simple "brochure-style" can usually be completed within a month's time.
Do you have an established process for builing websites?
Yes, we have a proven 5 Step Process for designing websites that we've fine tuned over the years. Here's how it works.
Step 1: Discovery
You'll complete a Client Brief which provides us with an outline to start your project. It gives us a feel for your brand and your goals as a company. It tells us about your target audience. What interests them most? What are they coming to your site to do?
Step 2: Website planning and conceptualization.
There needs to be a solid plan focused on how to create a website that converts a visitor to a buyer or lead. The plan should focus on the 2 or 3 things you need a visitor to do while at your site. How would you rank each in importance? What's each page's primary message?
Our seasoned web designers will research and map out how to best deliver your unique selling point (USP) with the right emphasis on headings, subheads, text and links to motivate your visitors to move forward through your website and take action.
Step 3: Wire Framing
Clean, user-friendly layouts of your web pages are created to make sure all elements like logo, navigation, text, etc. are in the most appropriate places.
Why is this important? Wire framing makes it possible to communicate in a way that quickly makes the visitor say "Yes, I'm in the right place and I'm going to stay and learn more."
Step 4: Web Design Comps
Only after your website's been wire framed are color and graphics added to enhance your message and create an appealing brand experience directed at your target audience.
Relax, these guys truly believe that form follows function. They realize that great web design is all about communication and not their portfolios.
Step 5: Website Coding and Implementation
Your website design is translated from design to code using high-quality cross-browser compatible W3C Valid XHTML / CSS markup.
All graphics and images are optimized to create the fastest loading web pages possible.
How many revisions will I receive?
You'll get up to three (3) rounds of revisions. Additional revisions, if requested, are billed separately.
Do you offer website maintenance?
Yes. We can update content and/or photos for your website on a periodic basis. It can be handled monthly, quarterly or annually. Whichever you need.
Do you offer web hosting?
No, we don't offer web hosting. We feel that it's in your best interest to keep your web design and hosting separate. But we can point you in the right direction if you need help finding a reliable host.
I have work that requires ongoing help, do you offer retainers?
Yes, we offer retainers. After understanding your needs we can present you with monthly, quarterly or annual options customized for your situation.
Can we meet face-to-face?

Do you sign non-disclosure agreements?
Absolutely. Many of our clients require that we work with sensitive information. We have no problem signing non-disclosure agreements in those situations.
Will we own the work you do for us?
You'll own all files required to publish your new website to the web. Original artwork, including sketches, layered source files and any other preliminary material, remains the property of Think Tank Designs unless purchased by a payment of a separate fee. Any transfer of rights is conditional upon receipt of payment in full.
What will I receive upon completion?
Web Design Projects
Your site will be uploaded to the web with all files required to make it function. You will be able to access your website files at any time through your server. If you would like your website saved to disk we are required to charge applicable sales tax.
Logo Design Projects
You'll be given a disk (CD or DVD) with all files required to start using your new logo right away. We'll give you your logo as an .eps, .jpg, .gif, .pdf, .tif and .bmp.
Do you use templates?
No, we create completely unique websites for each of our clients. All fonts, colors, content, images and design elements are customized to your company's needs and follow established branding.
